S.K.D is one of the leading suppliers of audio and video cassettes in finished products. The raw materials of these Products are imported from SKM Europe and Ingoz of India. The raw materials include; C0's, V0's , pancake splicing tapes and the like.
We assemble these raw materials to meet the increasing demand in Ghana. Our rich customer base spans across the Ghanaian Music industry. We also supply to the growing West African Sub-regional market with particular reference to Togo and Benin.
FUTURE PROJECTS
S.K.D plans are to gain a sizable share of the local market for all musical works as well as international recognition. We also hope to deal with electrical appliances, home appliances and other related products, as well as to increase sales Turnover and expand our operations.
RAW MATERIALS
We are currently negotiating with our suppliers to expand our credit facility to be able to also supply to our new customers Within the West African sub-region.
EXPORT
SKD Limited has started negotiating with the Ghana Free Zone Board to be issued with the license to operate within the Free zone. With this, we will be expected to export at least 70% of our total imports. Goods earmarked to be exported are electrical and home appliances.
